He is survived by his wife, Sue Johnson Judkins; daughter, Tara Jo (Shane) Philyaw; son, Jams Nathan (Krystal) Judkins; grandchildren: Jaiden Levi Philyaw, Sylar Lee Philyaw, & Autumn Jade Haney.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 1, 2016 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Moss Service Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Moss Service Funeral Home with burial to follow in Missionary Grove Cemetery.
