Funeral services for Mrs. Marie Hazel (McCroy) Loyd will be at 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 17, 2012 At Moss Service Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. David Chambers officiating. Interment will be in Cullman Memory Gardens.

Born on August 25, 1925, Mrs. Loyd , 87, went to be with the Lord on Saturday 15, 2012. She was a devoted wife, mother of 9 children and a loving grandmother and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Walter and Savannah Stewart McCroy, son: Steve Loyd, Grandchildren: Amy Loyd, Matthew Loyd, 4 Brothers: Lee, Walter Jr., Ralph and Douglas McCroy, Daughter-In-Law: Sue Loyd.

Marie is survived by her Husband of 67 years: Cordie Loyd, 5 Sons: Lester (Mary) Loyd, Carl (Libby Raburn) Loyd, Dennis (Janna) Loyd, Allen (Katie) Loyd and David Loyd, 3 Daughters: Kay (Sidney) Yarbrough, Carolyn (Art) Blaylock, Judy (Ross) York, 11 Grandchildren: Melinda (Daniel) Silverthorn, Jimmy (Karen) Loyd, Chris Yarbrough, Tina (Andy) Weldon, Nicholas (Callie) Loyd, John Yarbrough, Eric Blaylock (Shelly Johnson), Amanda (Josh) Sparkman, Justin Loyd, Andrew York and Austin York, 10 Great Grandchildren: Summer (Roger) Evans, Jordan Chrystie, Carlee Loyd, Luke Loyd, Lynnzee Loyd, Kayrie Weldon, Zackery Loyd, Lexus White, Jagger White and Laney Sparkman, 1 Great Great Grandchild: Nikolas Evans, 3 Sisters: Rozelle Mark, Doris Mathney and Ann (Glen) Shaffer.
