

CULLMAN — Funeral services for Mollie Beatrice Hall Fields, 78, of Hanceville will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, the Revs. Willie James Twitty and Odis Minitt officiating, with burial in Colony Cemetery. Mrs. Fields will lie in state from noon to 1 p.m. at the church.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Fields died Wednesday, Oct. 6, at her residence. She was born Feb. 17, 1932, to Andrew Hall Sr. and Catherine Daniel Hall. She was a retired skilled laborer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Hobson Fields.
Survivors include three sons, Charles (Annette) Fields, Julian (Joyce) Fields Sr. and Rashell Fields, all of Hanceville; a daughter, Sylvia (William) Robinson of Hanceville; six brothers, Thomas (Loretta) Hall, Robert (Betty) Hall, J.C. (Easter Bell) Hall, Stanley (Glenda) Hall, all of Hanceville, Andrew (Pearl) Hall Jr. of Cleveland, Ohio, and Bennell Hall of Hanceville; two sisters, Sylvia Haley of Hanceville and Barbara (Charles) Kyle of Anniston; 12 grandchildren, Daphine Pride, Andrew Laron Fields, Eric Fields, Mark Hawkins, Julian Fields Jr., Aaron Green, Shelton Fields, Antonio Wilson, Sammie Wilson, William Robinson, Jason Robinson and Sarah Robinson; 17 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mrs. Fields’ grandsons.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.
