

Funeral services for Oliver Ray Woodard, 82, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 15, 2010, at the Cullman High School Auditorium, with Bob Alford officiating, with burial in Cullman City Cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Woodard died Wednesday, May 5, at his residence. He was born May 19, 1927, to Tobias Emphriam and Dora Vincent Hughes Woodard. He was a teacher and coach.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Shirley Ann Woodard; and a brother, Tobias Emphriam Woodard Jr.
Survivors include a brother, Toliver (Judy) Woodard; a sister, Marviline (Woody) Locke; seven nieces, Debbie (Joe) Billington, Kathy Woodard, Nancy Woodard, Lisa (Johnny) Gordon, Julieanna (Stephen) Robinson, Marly (Eric) Landis and Dena (Randal) York; and three nephews, Tommy Woodard, Joey Woodard and Ralph (Kelly) Woodard.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Mobley, Kenny Culpepper, Bobby Kelly, Barry Willoughby, Bill Hendrix, Wayne Trimble and Mitch Smith.
Honorary pallbearers will be former football and basketball players.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Cullman High School Auditorium.
