i want to send my deepest condolences to  jw and his family. my mother ( mayvene chance) were very good friends. i’m so sorry for the loss of your wife (and mother). i just now got the news or i would have been there for you. i’ll never forget there friendship or our friendship . i love you all even though we haven’t seen each other since we were kids. Pat was a very pleasant person to work with. She had a great positive attitude of wanting to get better and she did.  We had alot of good laughes together, she taught me how to make real southern cornbread like her grandma made. I will miss her. However we all know we will meet again. Donna Nemeth

Dearest Pat,  how I miss you-now & always will. You had the sweetest face & smile; one of the very nicest people I’ve known-right up there with my mother & mother-in-law.   I was directed to you when I sought someone to teach me quilting as well as build our own relationship...all the things a ‘how-to-quilt’ book couldn’t have provided. You became my mom-person here and were always available to talk to and  cry on your shoulder. Our world is a little less bright with your life’s light gone -but Heaven is a little brighter now. You were & are an inspiration & testimony how to treat others daily, and how to overcome personal difficulties to live with joy.
