Reecie E. Hudson Harbison

Mrs. Reecie E. Hudson Harbison of Cullman Alabama passed away on April 30, 2012 at her residence at the age of 92. Mrs. Harbison was born on June 4, 1919 in Cullman to Robert B. and Pearl Williams Hudson. She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years: Martin T. Harbison and her parents

Funeral services will be held on Thursday May 3, 2012 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with Bro. David Guttrey officiating. Entombment will be at. Cullman Memory Gardens .

Survivors are: 2 Daughters: Nell Harbison (Joe) Montgomery of Decatur, Al., Cynthia L. Harbison of Cullman, Al., 2 Sons: Dr. M. Bruce (Kaye) Harbison of Cullman, Al., Fred D. (Linda) Harbison of Tuscaloosa, Al., 1 Sister: Margie (Milton) Lee of Cullman, Al., 3 Brothers: Jack (Lynn) Hudson of Lafayette, La., John (Wanda) Hudson of Omaha, Neb., Robert (Fern) Hudson of Cullman, Al., 8 Grandchildren: Bruce Harbison Jr., Kimberly (Tommy) Drake, Allison (Stewart) Springer, Ashley (Philip) Shelton, Joseph (Bridgett) Montgomery, Jan (Mark) Taylor, Martin Glenn Harbison and DeLana Harbison. and 11 Great Grandchildren. A host of nieces and nephews and other family.

Grandmother Reecie was an avid gardener and gardened well into her 92nd year of life. Quilting was a special talent and a highlite was making quilts for the birthdays of her grandchildren.
