Robert is survived by his daughters: Luanne (Joey) Mann, Joy (Don) Gaines, Patricia Higgins; his sons: Robert "Bobby" (Vickie) Love, Rudy (Marie) Higgins, Kelly (Joy) Higgins, Ronnie Higgins; his sisters: Shirley Walden, Peggy Chappell; 14 Grandchildren; 29 Great Grandchildren; and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife: Carolyn Love; his parents: Clyde Carl and Lucy Jane Parsons Love.
Robert owned and operated his own business, Love Plumbing. He was a Mason and earned 50 year service pin. He was also a member of the Zamora Temple of Shriners in Birmingham for more than 65 years. Everyone who knew Robert could find him at the lake fishing, taking care of any animal that he could, and watching Alabama Football. Robert will be missed by all who he loved dearly and loved him in return.
A celebration of life visitation for Robert will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Moss-Service Funeral Home, 1901 2nd Avenue, N.W., Cullman, Alabama 35055, followed by a celebration of life memorial service at 2:00 PM.
