Mr. Ruben L. “Pete” Green of Vinemont passed away on January 5, 2013 at his residence at the age of 83. He was born on December 4, 1929 in Falkville Alabama to Homer and Sudia Mae Owens Green. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 sons: Ronald Green and Nolan Green and 1 Brother: Lloyd Green.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 7, 2013 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Jeff Steele officiating. Interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery at Lacon.
Survivors are: Wife of 63 years: Martha Nell Hinkle Green, 2 Daughters: Charlotte (Joe) Villa, Debra (Rick) Bolyard, 3 Sons: Steven (Dianne) Green, Waylon (Pamela) Green, Sebastian Green, 3 Sisters: Elizabeth Burns, Gladys Linton, Brenda Sawyer, 4 Brothers: Bill Green, Hoyt Green, Harold Green and David Green, 1 Daughter-In-Law: Jane Green, 10 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
