Sherry Ann Peterson

Sherry; along with her husband, Claus, had a passion for helping the homeless. They volunteered with Help for the Homeless in Cullman and Hands across Decatur. She loved gardening and spending time doing art and crafts.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Lewis and Irene Curvin; brother, Jerry Lewis Curvin and brothers-in-law; Danny Eugene Osborn and Michael Eugene Freeman.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Claus Peterson; son, Christopher Seth Dwayne Peterson; sisters: Nelta Sue “Susie” Rhodes and Clara Mae Freeman and sister-in-law, Mary Jane Curvin.

Her family will receive friends on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Moss Service Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The Celebration of Life for Sherry Ann Peterson will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Moss Service with Pastor Dwayne Harbison and Pastor Carol Drinkard officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview First Baptist Church cemetery.
