Mr. Timothy "Tim" Mahlon White

Funeral Services for Mr. Timothy “Tim” Mahlon White, age 55 of Eva, will be Sunday, April 15, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. in the Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Simcoe Baptist Cemetery, with Rev. Jimmy Baker officiating.

Mr. White was born on March 3, 1957 in Cullman to the late, Mahlon G. and Mary N. Pruett White. He passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at his residence. Tim was a lifelong resident of the Cullman area, he was a retired Lieutenant with the Cullman City Police Department, having also served as the Director of the Drug Task Force. From 1999 – 2000, he served with the NATO Police Force in Kosovo, before returning back to work in the Cullman P.D..

Survivors include his Wife – Gordana P. White; two 2 – Daughters – Miljana J. Ivic and Mary “Gracie” White; one Sister – Dianne (Harold) Brock; one Brother – Patrick White; two 2 – Nieces – Karri (Burtis) Oden and Amanda Spears; one Great-Niece – Addy Spears; three 3 – Great-Nephews – Todd Phillips, Joshua Phillips and Blake Phillips; and a Very Special Pet – “Sam”

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
