Virginia May "Ginger" Harper of Baileyton passed away on February 20, 2018 at her residence at the age of 67. She was born in Carlsbad New Mexico on June 6, 1950 to Wildy L. and Vera Faye Hutton Weldy. She is preceded in death by her parents and a son Patrick O'Connor.
Funeral services are Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Moss Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery near Baileyton. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 12:00 until 2:00 P.M.
Survivors are: Husband: William Harper, Daughters: Jennifer Tellez, Linda O'Connor, Katherine O'Connor, Sisters: Patsy DeBoerdere, Barbara Crow, Martha Weldy Brothers-In-Law: Rick DeBoerdere, Brian Crow and 4 grandchildren.
