Wanza Delita Akridge

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Akridge; her parents: Juanita and Melvin Bishop; grandmother, Eva Bishop and aunt, Opal Partridge.

Wanza is survived by her children: Elizabeth Hart (Matt), Chad Akridge (Dani), and Matt Akridge; Grandchildren: Cole Akridge, Ava Akridge, Marley Hart and Ivy Hart; sisters-in-law: Jackie Gibson and Betty Ann Delchamps and many other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 11:00 A.M. until the celebration of Wanza’s life which will begin at 1:00 P.M. at Moss Service Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Cullman City Cemetery.
