He was preceded in death by his father, Hersel Bailey, and brother, Earl Bailey.
Sherrill is survived by his wife, Sharon Lynn Bailey; son, Russell Bailey (Kelley); mother, Ruby Bailey; grandchildren: Blake Bailey and Sara Shelton (Jimmy); great grandson, Connor Shelton; brother, Ronald Bailey (Anita); sister-in-law, Geraldine Bailey and a host of sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Moss Service Funeral Home on Sunday, June 9, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
