

Clarence was born in VA on December 26, 1948. He served in the Vietnam War and a truck driver for many years, Clarence loved playing Rummy with his Grandchildren, he also loved family get togethers as a story shared by his daughter was when he finished with is plate he would throw it away and one time he was told that if he threw his fork away with his plate he would not get dessert then after Clarence would be walking around with a fork in his pocket at all times as he loved desserts and wanted to be ready when the time came.
Clarence was preceded in death by his parents George and Telsa Frazier and wife Cathy of 40 plus years, a son Donald, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.
Clarence was survived by his children Shannon and Michael, one sister Linda Cameron, sister-in-laws Judy Kidd, and Debi Neeley, his grandchildren Nevaeh, Cheyenne, Autumn, Tessa, and Tyler Frazier, and Trey Bartlett, with numerous nieces and nephews also.
Clarence will be layed to rest at Mount Comfort Cemetery 6600 S. Kings Hwy., Alexandria, VA 22306 at a later date.
