Elizabeth P. Davis, 86, 0f Culpeper, VA passed away Friday, October 2, 2015 at the Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born November 2, 1928 in Culpeper, VA to Ernest Hubert Smith, Sr. and Mary Sowers Smith. She was the widow of George E. Davis. Mrs. Davis was a homemaker; a member of St. Like’s Lutheran Church and enjoyed volunteering at the Culpeper Free Clinic.
Surviving Mrs. Davis are her children Karen Lynne Scully and Judy Fugate; her ten grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held in St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Culpeper, VA, Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Kate Costa officiating. Interment will be in the New Culpeper National Cemetery, Chandler Street.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at the Clore-English Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
