Margaret Y. Eure

Margaret Yowell Eure, age 90, passed away at UVA Hospital, Charlottesville, VA, Sunday, July 15, 2012. Margaret was born August 20, 1921, to Alban Waverly Yowell and Mary Elizabeth Hale Yowell; she was a home economist.

Surviving Margaret are her children; Amanda Elizabeth Eure Croson of Reston, VA, Werdna Wayland Eure, Jr., of Redlands, CA, Ann Waverly Eure Beard of Martinsville, VA, siblings; John Yowell (Mary) of Bealeton, VA, Everette Yowell (Barbara) of Etlan, VA, Elizabeth Hall of Richmond, grandchildren; Christian Lee Croson-Belew, Andrew Carter Eure, Maxwell Christopher Eure, Samantha Elizabeth Beard Curry, Jonathan Nicolas Morris, great-grandchildren; Damian Merritt Belew and Victoria Lauren Patience Belew, and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her parents, her husband, Werdna Wayland Eure, siblings; Robert William Yowell, Walter Mayo “Jack” Yowell, Joel Byrd Yowell, Mary Frances Rosson and granddaughters; Amanda Lauren Croson and Natalie Ann Beard precede her in death.

Chapel funeral services will be held Friday, July 20, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. in Clore-English Funeral Home, Culpeper, VA, with Pastor Dan Yowell officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Clore-English Funeral Home, Thursday, July 19, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
