My Condolences to the Kuta family, I am so grateful to have known and worked with Fulton for more than 16 years. I’m going to miss our morning talks. You were always so serious, but I always got a good morning from you, it was a bonus if I got a smile 😁 You were such a hard worker and a wonderful person.  💕Miss you buddy… God Bless you

My condolences to the Kuta family, Fulton was my co worker and I will miss telling him "good morning Fulton" and hearing his "good morning" back. He is deeply missed.

Fulton relaxing with Janet.  The car was Konrad and Gail's rental.  Fulton wanted us to take pictures with them around the car to show his brother Roderick.  Roderick was a Cadillac nut and Fulton wanted to make him think he and Janet bought a Caddy.

In 1988, my wife Gail and I flew to San Francisco for vacation.  Fulton had recently married and and drove down from Chico with his bride.  It was too short of a visit but it was fun spending time with him and getting to know his wife. Janet.

After my dad died he had a collection of very loud Hawaiian shirts.  My mom and Roderick dragged a suitcase full to LA and Fulton dutifully ware them.  Not sure where they ended up after he went to Chico! 

When my mother came to visit her childhood memories of LA -- Fulton came down from Chico to visit.

Fulton was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, bicyclist, hardworker, health enthusiast, and animal lover!  He lived we me from 2006 to 2011 and from 2021 till his death.  He was especially loved by my now deceased cat, Muffin, and current cat Buster who would wait for him to come home from work so he could share a pre-gym nap with him.  

Fulton was born in LaPorte, Indiana and headed out to Camp Pendleton for Marine Corp bootcamp.  He has made California home for most of his life since -- in Oceanside where he attended Mira Costa College, in Venice, in Chico where he attended Chico State and married Janet and became a father to Chris Robbins, and finally to Los Angeles.

He is survived in the Kuta family by his mother, Joyce of Laporte, IN; brothers Mark, Konrad, Vincent and Roderick of LaPorte, IN; sisters Celeste of Eugene, OR and Alexis of Los Angeles, CA.  He has nephews, grand nephews/niece, and 3 grandchildren.  He was pre-deceased by his father, Frank,  and sister, Diane.

He will be missed!  RIP.


This was taken in the late 80's in Reno Nevada on the day we were married. We eloped. I will always appreciate Fulton for all he did for me. He helped me get my son back and became a Father to him. He was a very good man, very responsible and would move mountains for you if he thought it would make you happy. I only wish I was not so young and immature not to know how valuable and decent he was. He will never be forgotten...     "Fulton, wherever you are, please know my heart hurts, but hopes to see you again someday to say thank you for being you. Rest in Peace"....   Janet

This is at Lake Almanor in Plumas County.  Fulton was a great driver in his little Mitsubishi yellow car, and we went many places together just for fun! He looks awesome here and so peaceful...

This is during the same trip to Lake Almanor. Fulton and I had an inside joke going on about this shirt he's wearing. It's orange with little totem pole idol heads all over it. He would wear it on purpose for laughs. We had quite a few laughs over it.  He's relaxing with a beer in Lake Almanor, at some stop near the resort.

This was taken at the first place we all lived (Fulton, Chris and Janet) in Chico at Ceres Plaza apartments.  A great photo of Fulton in the kitchen with a beautiful smile!
