Alexis J. Colomb, age 73 of Dallas TX, passed away in her sleep peacefully on February 10, 2024. She was born in New Orleans on October 5, 1950 and graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in Chalmette.
She attended Southwestern LA University in Lafayette, LA and later Soule Business College in New Orleans. She was married to C. Earl Colomb, III for close to 50 years. Having previously worked for the phone company and Judice Armature Works, she focused her energies as a devoted homemaker on taking care of her family and raising two children: C. Earl Colomb, IV and Alexandre Rae Colomb Polito. She loved animals and had a passion for raising birds; finches and parakeets.
She is survived by her husband, two children, son-in-law Chris Polito, grandsons Dalton, Dylan and Michael Polito, numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces and brother William Judice and his wife Thelma.
Funeral arrangements made through Sparkman-Crane on Garland Road Dallas, TX. Funeral Masses will be held at St Pius X Catholic Church in Dallas followed by St. John of the Cross in Lacombe, Louisiana with burial in New Orleans.
