

The family moved from Longview to Dallas when Alonzo was 3 years old. They located to the Highland Hills area of Dallas. He was educated in the Wilmer Hutchins school district. And graduated from Wilmer Hutchins High School in 1974. While in high school, Alonzo was in the Wilmer Hutchins Marching Music Machine, where he played the trumpet. After graduation he enlisted in the US Army, 1974, and served his country during the ending of the Vietnam war era. He worked as mechanic while serving, keeping the Army’s fleet running smoothly.
After he was discharged, he began his Postal career. He worked for the US Post Office for 45 years, until retiring. Alonzo enjoyed playing dominoes with family and friends, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Mavericks.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfronce Earl, Sr. and Lucendia Earl, his brothers James Earl and Alfronce Earl Jr, and his sisters Brenda Earl and Sandra Earl.
He leaves to mourn two children Jalen Earl and Yasmin Earl, and three siblings, Orlando Earl, Melba (Jeanette) Miles, and Eural Earl (Angela). Nieces and nephews Tashara (TJ) Robinson, Mark Andrews, Shellie Canto, Chantrel Miles, Alfronce (Trey) Earl III, Adam Earl ( Candance), Orenda Earl, Monee Miles, Nichelle Miles, Johnathan Miles, and Alex Earl (Alissa). Along with his great nieces and nephews. And lastly a host of family and friends.
His presence, love, and memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Though he is no longer with us physically, his legacy, love, and memory will continue to live on through his family and all those whose lives he touched.
