Anita is 1961 graduate of South Oak Cliff High School, and a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington. She helped to found the Victim-Witness Program at the Dallas District Attorney's Office, and was an investigator there for 20 years, helping countless abused and neglected children. She had a deep love for children, which came from her Christian faith and love of the Lord. She never met a stranger and was a friend to everyone. She will be missed by all.
She was predeceased by her parents; her husband Norman Kinne; and her 3 brothers Dannah Rose, Lannia Rose, and Morris Rose. She is survived by her sons Jeffrey Moss and his wife Valencia of Houston, and Roger Moss of Dallas; her sister-in-law Sue Rose; several nieces and nephews; 6 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
