Anthony G. Cedillo Jr., 22, rose to eternal life on January 16, 2018. He was born January 31, 1995 in Dallas, Texas, the son of Anthony Cedillo, Sr. and Roscio Partidas. Affectionately, family and friends called him, “Little A,” “Ant,” and “M’ijo.”
Anthony was a faithful and beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, godson, cousin and friend. His smile lit up a room. He was a humble, fun-loving adventure seeker and loved spending time with his family. Anthony loved his dog, Savage, his faithful and constant companion. He was a talented athlete who was on the wrestling team in high school. Anthony loved working out, boxing and mixed martial arts. Anthony had a love for music and a passion for all genres of music, especially rap and hip hop. He enjoyed expressing himself through rap and had an incredible way with words and in expressing himself in his lyrics.
Anthony graduated from Plano Senior High School and received his Associates degree from Collin County Community College. Anthony went on to study psychology at the University of Texas at Dallas to fulfill a desire to help others with living their best lives.
Anthony loved to travel the world and had a passion for discovery. He was also a devoted follower of Christ, always sharing the word of God. Anthony was a humanitarian who brought joy to everyone he met - young and old alike - with his countless selfless acts. He would literally give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. His brief life and love will live in our hearts forever.
Anthony was the younger brother to Alyssa Cedillo and the older sibling to Paul Cedillo, Ethan Partidas, Evan Partidas, Lauren Cedillo, Joseph Cedillo and Sevannah Partidas.
Anthony is survived by his parents, Roscio Partidas and Anthony Cedillo Sr. and their respective spouses Eliezer Partidas and Roseann Cedillo; his maternal grandparents, Gerardo Luna and Teresa Luna. With a loving embrace, Anthony will be welcomed into the kingdom of heaven by his paternal grandparents, Jesse Cedillo, Sr. and Mary Helen Davila-Cedillo, maternal great-grandparents, Reyes and Francisca Luna, paternal great-grandparents, Rudy and Sofia Cedillo, and Arturo and Juanita Davila. Anthony will be deeply missed by his tias, uncles, cousins, nephew, Adrian Rolando Buislay, his faithful pet, Savage, friends, and absolutely all who knew him.
