Armando H. Gonzales, also known as Speedy, age 79, passed away on July 10, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. He was born March 24, 1940 in Abilene, Texas to Rosendo and Eulalia Gonzales. Armando was raised in Abilene, Texas and graduated from Abilene High School in 1960.
He worked as a baliff for the Dallas County Grand Jury for fifteen years. He then proceeded to work with the Dallas County Constables Office where he retired after ten years of service.
Armando enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren along with teaching them songs and dancing moves. He loved his four legged companion named Chata and enjoyed taking walks with her. He also loved to travel with his children and grandchildren.
His family and friends will always remember him as a kind, giving, strong man of faith along with his love of music. He especially enjoyed playing his guitar and saxophone.

Mr. Gonzales is preceded in death by Soledad Gonzales, Rosendo Gonzales, Jr., and Manuela Gaona.
He is survived by his sons, Michael Ross Gonzales and his wife Karen, Russell Armando Gonzales and Gabriel Scott Gonzales; his only daughter, Amanda Heather Garcia; grandchildren, Brittney Michelle Gonzales, Brian Gonzalez, Hillary Nicole Gonzales, Michael Eric Gonzales, Mia Analise Gonzales, Ayianna Ellena Gonzales, Paris Michael Gonzales, Alyssandra Gabrielle Garcia, Marcus Isiah Garcia, Michael Ross Gonzales, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Samantha Jordan Torres, Brian Gonzalez Jr., and Brilynn Monroe Gonzalez, his brothers Gonzalo Gonzales, Vale Gonzales, Crestino Gonzales, his sister-in-law Ester Gonzales, his sisters Eulalia Navarette, and Hope Martinez , his brother-in-law Tony Martinez, and numerous nieces and nephews.
