Barbara Lynn Burnett Lively passed away peacefully on April 22, 2026 after a brief illness. Barbara was born in De Queen, Arkansas to Jessedee (Jones) and George “Clay” Burnett. An alumni of Hillcrest HS and SMU, Barbara was a nature lover, an avid traveler, a talented golfer (12 holes-in-one), but most especially a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Jack, as well her family: Jennifer, Melinda, Simon, Ophelia, and Hugo.
Private family services will be held.
