Beatrice R. Chavira entered eternal rest on on March 20, 2024 in Dallas, Tx. She was born on July 14, 1937 in New Mexico to Manuel and Ramona Rodriguez. Beatrice was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. Better known as Mema Bea, she loved to craft, was a master seamstress and enjoyed rooting for the Dallas Cowboys. She was the matriarch of her family and was was resourceful, loving and strong. She will be missed dearly and leaves behind a tradition of unconditional love and sacrifice. Beatrice never missed calling her loved ones or friends on their birthday and her holiday decorating was legendary. Her greatest joy was making her family feel loved and taken care of. Beatrice shared many memories with her friends Leona, Yolanda and Corinne. Together they served the Lord, shopped at craft fairs and jointly held many nights of Bunco. Beatrice never remarried after the passing of her beloved husband Estevan in 1979. She could never replace the kind of love on earth. Beatrice will return to Estevan’s side and together they will rest in eternal love. She is preceded in death by her husband; son, Paul Chavira; her parents; granddaughter, Lisa Marie Chavira and grandson Anthony Alan Chavira. Those left to cherish her memory are sons, Manuel Chavira (Brenda) and George Chavira (Natalie); brothers, Manuel Rodriguez(Laura), Pascual Rodriguez, Santiago Rodriguez (Cecilia) and Martin Rodriguez; sisters, Mona Martinez (Arnold), Mary Franco (Gilbert), Alicia Saenz, Celia Lopez and Martha Thompson (Bob); grandchildren, Steven Chavira (Razsan), Jared Chavira (Nicole), Candace Chavira and Michael Chavira (Jessica); five great grandchildren, Jace, Brady, Milah, Bella and Lolah
