Bonnie was born in Lubbock, TX and graduated from Lubbock High School. She attended Texas Tech before graduating from the University of Miami. She was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority and Daughters of the American Revolution. Bonnie moved to Dallas in 1965, married Jack Stewart and began her career in interior design. She owned Stewart Estate Liquidation.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Stewart and parents David Benson Holland and Myrtle Eleanor Dikes. She is survived by her sons, Marty Garvey and wife Wanda, Greg Garvey and wife Diane and grandchildren Kelly Garvey and Max Garvey. Bonnie’s unique take on life will be sorely missed by all of those who loved her.
Visitation will be held Monday October 18th from 11:00 - 12:30p.m. followed by a graveside service at 1:00 at Hillcrest Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation at www.pancreatic.org.
