Carol Sue Borden Edwards, age 77, passed away on August 22, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born on October 2, 1942 in Dallas, Texas to her parents, Osborn Borden, Jr. and Dorothy Borden. Carol was raised in Oak Cliff, Texas where she graduated from Oak Cliff High School. She went on to marry Richard Edwards and together they had two children whom they adored. Carol was a talented woman who enjoyed a successful career as an Insurance Rater for more than 30 years. Carol was happiest being a proud dog mom, working jigsaw puzzles, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her father, Osborn Borden, Jr.; mother, Dorothy Hansen; stepfather, Lloyd Hansen; and siblings, Wayne Borden and Gail Morris. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Christopher Edwards and his wife, Leanne Edwards; daughter, Christina Conway and her husband, Scott Conway; and grandchildren, Nathaniel Conway and Alexandria Conway.
