Charles Reynolds Hower, 83, of Dallas TX, passed away on March 2, 2020.
He was born in Indianapolis, IN on August 14, 1936. Charles Hower graduated from Little Rock Senior High and received a Bachelor’s of Philosophy from Centenary College, Shreveport LA. Charles worked in insurance and for the U.S post office. He had a passion for Petit Jean Mountain AR and reading.
He is survived by his sisters; Helen Hower Wright (Harry) and Barbra Hower.
