Dale Elvin Miller

Dale was born in Leonardville, Kansas, April 10, 1924 and he passed away at his home in Dallas, Texas, Wednesday, May 26, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Elnora Miller. Dale

served in the U.S. Navy from June 1943 to June 1963, which included service in WWII and the Korean Conflict.

Survivors are his wife of 57 years, Cleota Miller; children: Randy Miller, Viki Austin, Geri Lynn Collier, Jeff Miller and son-in-law Jim Collier; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; sisters, Lenore Wilson and Berdine Purselly.

Visitation at Sparkman/Crane Funeral Home, Tuesday, June 1, 2010, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.

The Funeral Mass, 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 9643 Ferndale Road at Walnut Hill, Dallas, Texas 75238.

Entombment in Calvary Hill Cemetery Patio Mausoleum, 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas. with U.S. Navy Honors service.
