Dallas Merrill Neeley passed away on February 19, 2023. Dallas was born in St. Louis, Missouri ,on April 11, 1941. The Neeley family moved to Dallas in 1955. Dallas graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1959. At Woodrow he met the love of his life, Linda Fuller.

Dallas attended the University of Texas in Austin. Dallas and Linda married in 1960. Dallas was a leader in the ladies shoe Industry, working in marketing, sales and design. His job took him and their family to St. Louis, Memphis, Miami, New York City and back to Dallas. After retiring from the shoe industry, they opened two Kwik Kars in Dallas.
Dallas loved collecting cars and won Best of Show in most competitions he entered. He showed Avantis and Maseratis around the country.
Dallas is survived by his wife, Linda; his daughter Lisa, Chris Meehan, grandson Palmer; son Dallas, Cheryl and grandson Dallas; his brother Dr. Michael Neeley and wife Terry; his sisters Patty and Kathy.
His memorial service will be held in the chapel at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano on Friday, February 24th at 2:00 pm, with a reception following at the Neeley home.
