

David Javier Rico was born on April 28, 1990, in Dallas, Texas, to Amparo Rico and Francisco Rico, Sr. A proud graduate of Bryan Adams High School, he went on to pursue a barber school degree, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and drive. David’s passion for life shone through in everything he did. He was a loving father to his daughter, Analiah, who was the light of his life, and he cherished every moment spent with her. His love for family, real estate, and his beloved dogs was evident in all aspects of his life.
Javi’s work ethic and dedication to his dreams inspired all who knew him. He was a kind soul, always putting others first, and he will be remembered for his generosity, laughter, and unwavering love for his family.
He is survived by his daughter, Analiah; mother, Amparo Rico; father, Francisco Rico, Sr.; brothers, Ismael, Francisco Jr., and Marco Antonio and godmother, Ivy Garcia (Mari). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
A visitation will be held Monday, March 17th from 8:30AM - 12:30PM and a chapel service following from 12:30-1:30PM. Burial will be at 2:30PM at Laurel Oaks Memorial Park.
Javi will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who loved him.
