Age 56, of Garland, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2011. She is survived by her husband, Curtis Butler; son, Austin Pletz; grandson, Jack Holloway; mother, Dina Koliada; sisters, Karen (Jim) Duda and Lisa (Dave) Greene; five nieces; three nephews; three great-nieces and three great-nephews. Debbie was preceded in death by her father, John Koliada and brother, Ken Koliada.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 4, 2011 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Sparkman/Crane Funeral Home, 10501 Garland Road, Dallas, Texas.
