Ballas, Dorothy Marie Ford, 83, of Dallas, TX, passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018. Dorothy was born to Frank and Dixie L. Ford on August 22, 1934, in Trinity, TX. She spent her early years in Houston before moving to Dallas where she would meet the love of her life, Isaac Ballas, and start a family. In addition to her husband, she is also preceded in death by her brother, Dr. Charles Ford, and her sisters Louise Duncan, Earline F. Lee and Vivian Frey. She is survived by her son, Jeff Ballas, daughter-in-law Claudia, and grandson Mateo Isaac Ballas, all of Dallas, and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, February 9, at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home, 7405 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas, TX, 75225. Graveside service will take place on Saturday, February 10, at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Trinity, TX.
