Elaine Ashley Ramey -- born October 22, 1926, in Whitewright, TX and passed away June 30, 2011 in Dallas, TX. Preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, J. W. Ramey. Survived by daughters, Linda Ramey, Martha Ramey; sisters, LaVerne Ashley Epperson (TJ), Mary Ashley Cole (Charles); 3 grandchildren, Robert Stroud (Sherri), Karen Corby (Russell), Suzanne Duarte; 6 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2011 with Funeral Services following at 2 p.m., at Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 6550 Samuell Blvd., Dallas, TX 75228.
