Eunice M. Best, 87 passed away December 6, 2011 in Plano, TX. She was born January 24, 1924 in Fitchburg, MA to R. Irving Spencer and Rita Rousseau Spencer. Eunice moved to Dallas in 1950 from Hartford, CT, and later became a Residential Property Manager for 33 years. She was very active in her church, first at St. Monica Catholic Church then later at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. Eunice also served as Past President of the American Business Women’s Association, N. Dallas Chapter. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert J. Best and brother, Robert Spencer. Eunice is survived by her brother, Walter Spencer; her four boys, Roi J. Best, Rhys J. Best, Robert J. Best and Rory J. Best; 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; numerous other family and friends. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Calvary Hill Funeral Home. Funeral Services, 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2011 at the N. Chapel of Calvary Hill Mausoleum. Interment to follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
