He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Apolinal Aguirre, Magdalena Aguirre, Guadalupe Aguirre; children, Rosa Veloz, Reyna Arroyo, Marcelino Arroyo, Brigida Arroyo; son-in-law, Armando Veloz; daughter-in-law, Yelena Arroyo; grandchildren, Berenice Arroyo, Ernesto Galan, Cynthia Veloz, Nelly Salazar, Jose Luis Salazar, Guadalupe Arroyo, Jaquelin Arroyo, Roberto Nehlle, Alan Arroyo, Fanny Arroyo, Nestor Velazquez, Abraham Velazquez, Adan Velazquez, Jasmin Velazquez, and twenty-seven great-grandchildren.

A visitation for Filadelfo will be held Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home and Crematory, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. A rosary will occur Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. A mass of christian burial will occur Friday, January 21, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at San Juan Diego Catholic Church, 10919 Royal Haven Lane, Dallas, Texas 75229. An interment will occur Friday, January 21, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Restland Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243.
