Frank S. Porras

Porras,Frank(KiKo) Sanchez He was born on March 27,1927 to Guadalupe Sanchez and Francisco Porras in Dallas, Texas. He passed away peacefully at Methodist Dallas Medical Center on January 11,2016. He is survived by his wife of 6o years Felicitas Porras, three daughters Irene Porras(David), Lupe Esquivel(Louis) and Dolores Morse(Mike) all of Grand Prairie, Texas. He has one sister Paula Rodriguez of Irving, Texas He has seven Grandchildren and Two step-Grandchildren Tina Louise,Jennifer,Regina,Louis Jr,Laurie Nicole,Edward Jr and Michael Joel, Ashley and Josh. 14 reat grandchildren one special niece Lydia Fuentes and Nephew Fernando Rodriguez. He has many other nieces and nephews in Texas and California and cousins and other family members. He worked as a Security Guard for many years and that was is love . He was the kind of person that always had his home open to anyone needing a place to stay. We did not have much but what we had he always shared. He would allow preachers in are home and would lend his land to them to have church revivals . He would help people in need whether they were strangers or family or friends. He had all had all three of his daughters spoiled rotten. He was not a man of many words and would not say I love you but you knew he loved you. He showed it in others ways. He was not a father -in-law to his son-in-laws he was a father to them. He loved us all and he will always be remembered and in our hearts forever. We want to give many Thanks to the Methodist Dallas physicians and staff, Vitas hospice for your loving care to my dad through his last days. My dad was able to see everyone and talk a little and acknowledge all his family before he passed. He let us know he was alright and was going to be ok. We will miss very much…
