Gary Bruce Starnes, 67, of Red Oak, Texas, passed away, Monday, November 6, 2017 at his home. Gary was born October 22, 1950 in Dallas, Texas to Floyd and Charlotte (Parish) Starnes. He graduated from Adamson High School in Oak Cliff, Texas. Gary was employed as a master plumber following in his father’s footsteps. He enjoyed working on cars and spending time with his family. Gary is survived by his two sons, Greg Hilburn of Red Oak, TX, Jeff Hilburn and his wife Jennifer of Mansfield, TX, and daughter Christina Hernandez and husband Ignacio of Dallas, TX; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, his sister-in-law Linda Starnes of Quitman, TX; two nephews, Greg and Brian Starnes and Aunt, Hazel Anderson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Charlotte, his brother Michael Starnes and great-grandson Wyatt Hilburn.
