He was predeceased by his loving wife, Mary Alice Rosas, and his grandson Carlos R. Gonzalez. He was also predeceased by his parents, Emilio and Eulalia Rosas and by 8 siblings.
Genaro survived by his 4 children: Mario R. Rosas and wife Mary Lou Rosas, Elaine Rosas, Genaro Rosas Jr. and Frank Perez, and Tina M. Sepulveda and Gilbert Aguilar. Three step children Yolanda and Roman Natal, Richard and Rosary Tamayo and Albert and Willie Tamayo. Also by his grandchildren Marissa, Letisha, Maricela, Jose, Samuel, Mariano, and Christian. And by 15 great grandchildren, 6 siblings, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
