Gloria V. Flores, age 88, of Dallas, Texas passed always peacefully at her home on Saturday, August 19, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great –grandmother Gloria was born on April 17, 1929 to Maria del Refugio Villaseñor and Dimas Velez in Garden City, Kansas. Left to treasure her memory is her husband, Juan P. Flores, twelve children: Manuel Silvestre Flores Velez, Josefina Gaona, Cesar Alfonzo Flores Velez, Rodolfo Flores Velez, Alma Sylvia Rojas, Max Flores Velez, Veronica Flores Velez, Juan Enrique Flores Velez, Samuel Flores Velez and Armando Flores Velez.
Gloria is preceded in death by her parents and two children Felipe Flores Velez and Gloria Aleida Galindo.
Visitation will be Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home from 5:00 – 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7pm.
Liturgy of the Word will be Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 10am at Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
