

Grace was a child of the depression, born in 1930 on a farm in Christina, Montana. From an early age Grace had a deep interest in the bible and attended bible camp as well as receiving many awards related to her study of the Bible. She also served as President of the Baptist Youth Fellowship.
She attended the University of Montana in Missoula, where she received a degree in Sociology and Economics. While attending the University she met and eventually married her first husband Wade Dahood in 1953. After graduating, she lived in Anaconda where she raised her four children until her divorce in 1974 when she moved to San Jose, CA. with her two youngest children, Kathy and Mitchell.
Throughout most of her life Grace was actively involved in many charity organizations, including St. Ann’s Hospital Women’s Auxiliary in Anaconda, Montana, the Unicorn Thrift Shop in San Jose (which supports Eastfield Ming Quong, an organization devoted to helping children and women in crisis) and the Pharmacy Auxiliary in San Jose. She was very proud to have served as President of every organization she was involved in.
Many of the happiest times of Grace’s life were during her 35-year marriage to her beloved second husband Charlie Longinotti. They shared many interests including serving their community, working together at Charlie’s Community Clinic Pharmacy, playing golf, going to church and socializing with their many friends and family members and traveling the country by motor home and the world by sea and by air.
In her final years Grace received her greatest joy and happiness from the time she spent with family including her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Grace was predeceased by her parents Paul and Ramona Donisthorpe, her siblings Edith Vick, Marie Blacken, Bob Donisthorpe; Oscar Donisthorpe, and her second husband, Charlie Longinotti.
She is survived by her first husband, Wade Dahood, her Children Linda Downey, Laurice Johnson, Kathy Dahood and Mitchell Dahood; her Stepdaughters Marilyn Geary and Cheryl Longinotti; her Grandchildren, Jonathon Geary, Chad Downey, Steven Downey, Matt Johnson and Nick Johnson; her Great Grandchildren Baylee and Brody Downey, Maisie, Griffin and Hattie Johnson, Dalia, Laith and Rima Downey; and Sons-in-Law Jim Johnson and Vince Colucci; Daughter-in-Law Cristina Dahood; Grand Daughters-in-Law, Hollie Choate, Sarah Johnson and Elizabeth Johnson.
