Guadalupe Castillo

Guadalupe E. Castillo also known as Lupe was born April 1, 1939 in Giddings Texas to Simon Escamilla and Sulema Serna. She was a dedicated mother, kind, loving and charitable. As a testament, she was known as Mom by her two daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. We loved our Mom and she will be greatly missed. She went peacefully to be with our lord into eternal life on September 22, 2020.

The Rosary will be prayed in memory of Guadalupe and Holy Mass will be held at St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Community, 100 St. Gabriel Way, McKinney, Texas and the inurnment at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 3100 W. Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX.

Guadalupe was survived by daughter, Veronica C. Knipe and husband, Wayne Knipe and daughter, Nora C. Sieg; grandchildren, Ruben Castillo, Belinda C. Autry & Husband, Aeran Autry, Rosalinda Sieg, Amber Leigh Fredericks and husband, Ryan Fredericks; Great-grandchildren, Tatum C. Autry, Rhyanne C. Autry, Amber Knipe, Vincent J. Morales, Gabriel R. Morales, Diego G. Morales, Scarlett R. Morales and Nikolas Isaiah Sieg; one sister Janie E. Martinez

Preceded by father, Simon Escamilla; mother, Sulema Villegas; brothers, Jessie Villegas Jr. & Jerry Joe Villegas; granddaughter, Bertha Sieg and great-grandson, Israel Steven Morales. In lieu of flowers, Guadalupe's children requested donations in her memory be sent to her Charity St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Charity at St. Gabriel the Archangel.
