Guadalupe Loredo

Guadalupe Loredo, age 66, passed away on April 17, 2021 in Dallas, TX. She was born on January 19, 1955 in Dallas, TX to Natividad and Angel Velasquez. Guadalupe was raised in El Barrio Little Mexico located in Dallas, Texas and graduated from North Dallas High School in 1974.

She married her high school sweetheart, Ricardo Loredo, in 1976 and the couple had four children. She was a Teacher's Assistant at Maple Lawn Elementary School where she worked for more than 19 years.

In her spare time she enjoyed watching wrestling, dancing, cooking, being the life of the party and most importantly spending time with her grandchildren.

Her family and friends will always remember her as "Peewee" for her small size but HUGE spunky personality. She always loved to make everyone laugh.

She is preceded in death by: her Mother and her Father; brothers, Mike and Robert; sisters, Alice, Isabel, Dolores and Esther

Survived by: her loving Husband; four children, Melinda Ramirez with husband Eddie Ramirez, Ricardo Loredo Jr., Christopher A. Loredo Sr with wife Isela Loredo, Julie A. Rodriguez with husband Jorge Rodriguez Jr; six grandchildren, Christopher A. Loredo Jr., Vanee M. Loredo, Alex B. Loredo, Jaden A. Rodriguez, Avery R. Rodriguez and Yvette A. Loredo; sisters, Gloria and Angie; brothers, John and Ricky; as well as numerous nieces and nephews

She loved her students and the students loved her. She received an Honorary Life Membership recognition for her devotion and distinguished services to children.
