Gustavo Rodriguez

México el 16 de agosto de 1967. Desde que era niño enfrentó varios obstáculos en su vida,

pero a pesar de todo, dejó que Dios tomara el control. Gustavo llegó a los Estados Unidos a la

edad de 18 años y conoció a su esposa, Marcela Rodriguez en 1991. Se casaron el 26 de

agosto de 1991 y tuvieron 4 hijos juntos. Gustavo siempre trabajó duro para mantener a su

familia y por eso y por la misericordia de Dios, su familia siempre tuvo comida en la mesa y

lugar donde vivir. Dios fue tan misericordioso al permitirle conocer y amar a sus nietos. ¡Eran su

orgullo y alegría! Su fe en el Señor nunca decayó a pesar de sus problemas de salud y

preocupaciones de este mundo. Amaba al Señor con todo su corazón y le mostró a su familia lo

que es ser un padre cristiano. Siempre recordaremos a Gustavo por su brillante sonrisa, su

amor hacia su familia y por siempre decirnos que sigamos a Cristo y amemos a Dios con todo

nuestro corazón.

On Thursday, February 4, 2021, Gustavo Rodriguez, loving husband, father, and grandfather,

passed to be with the Lord at the age of 53. Gustavo Rodriguez was born in San Luis Potosí,

Mexico on August 16, 1967. Ever since he was a child he faced many obstacles in his life, but

through it all, he let God take control. Gustavo came to the United States at the age of 18 and

met his wife, Marcela Rodriguez in 1991. They got married on August 26, 1991 and had 4

children together. Gustavo always worked hard to provide for his family and because of this and

God’s mercy, his family always had food on the table and shelter. God was so gracious to have

allowed him to meet and love his grandchildren. They were his pride and joy! His faith in the

Lord never declined despite his health issues and worries of this world. He loved the Lord with

all of his heart and showed his family what it is to be a Christian father. We will always

remember Gustavo for his bright smile, his love towards his family, and for always telling us to

follow Christ and love God with all of our hearts.
