

In 1964, as a young man Harris came to the United States he later made Dallas, Texas his home until relocating to Beaumont, Texas earlier this year.
He was gainfully employed by Texas Instruments for many years and also worked as a mail handler for the USPS.
Harris was baptized and became a member of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship on January 6, 2008.
He was blessed with a large and loving family. He was preceded in death by both parents, sisters Dorothy Logan and Joyce Logan, brothers George Logan and Dalton Logan.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Lillian Logan, three children born to the union of Zeta Myers, Shernett Wright (Kingsley Weight), Dean Logan, Karen Logan. He gained three stepchildren, Torey Miller, Dawn Smith, and Ivey Brown (Winston Brown). Harris is also survived by a sister, Blossom Logan Mulgrave (Stanley Mulgrave), sixteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, and many relatives and friends
