Irene Adelaida Maturino

She was born on March 14, 1949 in Capitan, New Mexico to Antonio & Manuelita Otero. She married Domingo Maturino Sr. in 1969 and the couple had 3 children. She was a homemaker her entire life. In her spare time, Irene enjoyed traveling and playing poker. Her family and friends will always remember her as a comedian, caring and a generous person.

She is preceded in death by her husband Domingo Maturino, mother Manuelita Otero, father Antonio Otero, by sisters Sylvia Otero, Pauline Otero, Edna Otero, brothers Emilio Otero, Orlando Otero, Joe Otero, and Fortino Otero.

Irene is survived by sister Mary Adler, brothers Grover Otero, Antonio Otero Jr., John Otero, Billy Otero, Robert Otero, son Domingo Maturino Jr., (Irma Maturino), daughter Laura Gutierrez (David Gutierrez), daughter Pauline Low, grandchildren: David Gutierrez Jr, Isaac Maturino, Miranda Garcia, Dominique Maturino, Joshua Gutierrez, Isaiah Gutierrez, Isabell Maturino, Elijah Gutierrez, Kayleigh Low, Noah Maturino, great grandchildren: Luke Gutierrez, Levi Gutierrez, Nahla Gutierrez, Emmanuel Gutierrez, Ava Gutierrez, Emilia Gutierrez, Arya Maturino, Namari Gutierrez, Sebestian Garcia, Valentina Gutierrez. All her grandkids, and great grandkids were her “Chugars” to her.
