James Edwin “Eddie” Crouch, age 66, of Dallas, Texas, passed away with the terminal illness of emphysema at his home on February 19, 2013. James was born on August 10, 1946, in Dallas, Texas, to James Gordon Crouch and Monatee Crouch who preceded him in death. He was an IBEW Local #20 electrician member since 1968. James was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather who gave unconditional love, support and devotion to all of us. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Janis Crouch of Dallas, Texas; 2 daughters, Shelly Jett of Dallas, Texas, and Debra Crouch (husband Ramon Perez of Dallas, Texas); 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, Philip Crouch and sister Linda Carlisle; several nieces and nephews. Open Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Grove Hill Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, February 22, 2013 in the Grove Hill Chapel. Interment to follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
