Jane had a knack of making people feel welcome as she was the Greeter/Hostess for Central Church of the Nazarene for 60 plus years. There was always dinner or coffee at their home for friends and family and they always invited new church members over to make them feel welcome! She also co-owned several businesses: Brantley-Oshel Real Estate and The Elm Tree in downtown Dallas.
Jane is preceded in death by her husband Burl of 65 years, parents, two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her son Robie and wife Brenda, daughter Becky Kelly and husband Ken, grandson Derek Brantley and wife Lauren, great-grandson Ethan Brantley and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 5th from 12:00 to 4:00. Service will be held on Monday, November 6th at 10:00. Both will be held at Grove Hill Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the American Cancer Society in Jane’s name.
