

Jimmy Ray Dearman, beloved son of Horace and Cora Mae Dearman, entered eternal rest on September 29, 2025 in Dallas, Texas, at the age of 76. He was born on October 22, 1948, in Caldwell, Texas. At an early age, Jimmy professed his faith in Christ.
From 1964 to 1975, he honorably served his country in the United States Coast Guard later the Coast Guard Reserve. His service embodied the highest values of service, integrity, devotion, and duty. His years of military service reflected the same steadfast strength and quiet loyalty that marked his personal life. Following his military service, Jimmy dedicated 35 years to the United States Postal Service.
His devotion to restoring classic Ford Mustangs showcased both his skill and character, earning the fond title of Mustang Whisperer.
Though a man of few words, Mr. Dearman will be remembered for his quiet dignity, steady presence, and unshakable love for family.
He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved life companion, Lynda Dearman; three daughters, Ayasha Dearman, Alaina Dearman, and Angela Dearman; two precious granddaughters, Ayanna Dearman and Madison Dearman, and a host of relatives and friends.
Jimmy Ray Dearman will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him. His life was a gift, his service a legacy, and his memory a lasting blessing
A graveside service for Jimmy will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211.
