Joanne Patricia Culver

Obituary Joanne P. Culver, born to Harold L. Kassel and Lina N. (Holmes) on April 29, 1947 in Vinton, Iowa, passed away January 17, 2023 at the age of 75. Joanne graduated from Richardson High School and went on to graduate from University of Texas in Music. She married Gene Culver and both spent most of their married life as missionaries. Joanne is preceded in death by her husband Gene Culver, parents, Harold Kassel and Lina Chase; stepfather, Norman Chase; niece, Sherri Fugget; nephew, Russell Monk; and grandparents, Lester and Lillie Holmes. She is survived by her sister, Kathlene Kassel of Terrell, TX; niece, Kimberly Churchwell and her husband, Richard of Wylie, TX; Brittany Hobbs and her fiancé, Will Johnson of Ft. Worth, TX; nephew, Taylor Monk and his wife, Erin Georgia; and niece Tatum Crawford and husband John of Cuero, TX.
