Joe C. Duncan

Born November 26, 1937 in Trinity, Texas and passed away December 4, 2011. Preceded in death by parents Seth and Mary Louise Ford Duncan. Survived by wife of 50 years Margaret ;son David and wife Tracy Duncan; daughter Jana and husband Tim Barrett; Grandchildren Megan, Lauren, Avery Barrett and Cooper and Kate Duncan. Brothers James (Anita),Charles (Chris), Mike Duncan. Aunt Dorothy Ballas. His career included computer programming , Immigration Adjuratory Officer at Homeland Security. Upon retirement Joe volunteered at the Dallas Arboretum .

Rosary will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 8th at Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home. Led by Rev. Msgr. Thomas W. Weinzapfel.

Funeral Mass will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 9th at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Rev. Michael Guadagnoli, celebrant.

Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Rowlett Texas.
